Heriot-Watt University

Seminar on Applied Econometrics

Overview

This seminar is run jointly by the Department of Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics in the School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences (MACS) and the Department of Economics in the School of Management and Languages (SML) at Heriot-Watt University. Typical talks address topics in applied econometrics that appeal to a larger community of quantitative economists and statisticians with an interest in econometric modelling. For administrative purposes this seminar series appears as a subseries of both the Maxwell Institute Statistics Seminar and the Economics Seminar in the School of Management and Languages.
