I received my Ph.D. at the International School for Advanced Studies of Trieste (SISSA/ISAS) in the Mathematical Physics Sector and at the Université Lille 1 in the Laboratoire de Mathématiques Paul Painlevé, working with Prof. Ugo Bruzzo and Prof. Dimitri Markushevich (co-tutorial thesis).

From March 2012 to February 2014 I am a Research Associate in Mathematics with Prof. Richard Szabo at the Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. My position is funded by The Leverhulme Trust.

I am one of the local organizers of VBAC2013 (Vector Bundles on Algebraic Curves 2013), "Hilbert Schemes, Sheaves and Representation Theory", which will held at SISSA on June 17 - 21, 2013.
