I like to build and repair computers, which is an intellectual challenge on a par with sticking together
Lego bricks - so that suits me nicely. Current favourite toys: (Very) second hand ThinkPads X60s/X61s. I reckon ThinkPads are some of the best laptops around - at corporate account only prices when new, but since they are built like tanks second hand isn't too much of a risk. Phones are getting ever closer to "real" computers, so a Samsung Galaxy S2 gets added to the list. Some old-school tablet PCs (IBM X60T and X41T) for playing with xournal, gournal and jarnal deserve a mention too - placeholders for an iPad...? Well, maybe when they don't cost so much - in the meantime a slightly hacked Galaxy Tab, a
firesale'd HP TouchPad and a similarly cut-priced Blackberry Playbook do the trick.
