SCMS - backgroundThe Scottish Computational Mathematics Symposium (SCMS) one day meetings are held annually in September with the aim of bringing together mathematicians and others who develop and/or use computer algorithms to solve mathematical problems. The meetings are open to everyone interested and have so far been organised by David Sloan (Mathematics, Strathclyde University) and Dugald Duncan (Mathematics, Heriot-Watt University).
