Local minimizers in micromagnetics and related problems

Abstract
In this paper we consider the energy functional of micromagnetics in the small particle limit. Using an appropriate version of the implicit function theorem and certain sufficiency theorems for $L^r$ local minimizers developed by one of the authors we construct a branch of strong local minimizers for this functional. On the way of acheiving these results we discuss some related problems.
