Course: F11AS2, Dynamical Systems (2012-13)
Aims
The module aims to introduce the main features of dynamical systems, particularly as they arise from systems of ordinary differential equations as models in applied mathematics. The classical topics presented will include phase space, fixed points and stability analysis, bifurcations, periodic systems, and an introduction to ergodic theory.
