Owing to the demand for accommodation in Edinburgh, all University Accommodation must be reserved and paid for in full by 18 December 1998.
Hotel Accommodation must be reserved by 1 May 1999.

A large number of rooms have been secured for ICIAM 99 in a variety of 3, 4 and 5 star properties in the city. To select hotel accommodation please indicate your chosen price band (A, B or C) on the registration form. Hotel accommodation will be allocated on a first come first served basis, and therefore, we would advise that you reserve accommodation as soon as possible.

The prices quoted are per room per night, for single or double occupancy as shown, and include full Scottish breakfast (unless otherwise stated), VAT and service.
Please include your non-refundable deposit for the band chosen by 1 May 1999; this is required to secure your booking. This deposit is calculated at the maximum cost of 1 night's accommodation in a single or double/twin room in this band and will be forwarded to your designated hotel in advance of your stay. This deposit will be credited to your final bill.
